Goods are dispatched from Foshan, Guangdong, China. Freight is quoted in USD and does not include import duties or taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility unless a DDP arrangement is agreed in writing.

Rates shown are for online orders within the standard parcel sizes. Oversized or multi-carton consignments are quoted individually before payment.
When your order ships
- Stock lines dispatch within 3–5 working days of cleared payment.
- Lines built to order take 2–3 weeks; the lead time is confirmed on your quotation before you pay.
- You receive an email with the carrier and tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves Foshan.
Duties, taxes and customs
- Prices are FOB China. Import duty, VAT and any customs handling charges are payable by the recipient on arrival.
- EU and UK business buyers with a valid VAT number can request DDP delivery; the landed cost is quoted in advance.
- We declare goods at their commercial value and describe them accurately. We do not under-declare, and we cannot mark a commercial shipment as a gift.
Bulk and freight orders
For pallet quantities, consolidated shipments or repeat schedules we quote freight through our forwarder rather than the parcel rates above. Send the destination postcode, expected carton count and weight to sales@rhinemeter.com and you will get a landed cost within one business day.
Tracking and non-delivery
If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 working days, contact us and we will open a carrier trace. Parcels confirmed lost in transit are replaced or refunded at our cost. Orders above $150 ship standard freight free, but the lost-parcel terms above are unchanged.
